2022 Labor of Love Awards
In 1999, The Coalition for Human Services established awards to recognize the superior performance of direct service providers. Through The Coalition's successor organization, The Human Services Alliance of Greater Prince William, The Labor of Love Awards have returned to honor our community's most dedicated human services providers.
We are looking for individuals who have demonstrated outstanding involvement and commitment to human services throughout the Greater Prince William area (Prince William County, The City of Manassas and The City of Manassas Park).
Human services are broadly defined as community services that support and protect individuals and families. Examples include efforts not limited to:
-- Disability services
-- Social work
-- Mental health care
-- Dependent care
-- Job training
-- Shelter services
-- Health programs
-- Mentoring
-- Financial assistance
-- After school programs
-- Nutrition services
-- Substance abuse services
-- Legal and criminal justice services
-- Recreation services
Nominees can represent faith-based, nonprofit, community-based organizations or government agencies that provide community services.
Only one representative can be nominated from a group or organization.
Please submit one nomination form per nominee.
The deadline to submit a nomination is June 8, 2022.
